Developing Meaningful and Engaging Learning Experiences

The Valene Black Mamba is a technologically advanced superlight unique sports car aimed at speed and fun loving individuals. Offering simplicity, unparalleled performance, safety, looks and most importantly, a truly unconventional driving experience with the safety and comfort offered by a car and the thrills of a motorbike cruise.

Meeting with important stakeholders aided in my comprehension of their business issues. I established a shared vision for the app by identifying risks, coordinating expectations, and building consensus. A strategy for the user experience was then created, defining my phased approach. This inspired a ton of brilliant ideas, early team cohesiveness, and a strong sense of ownership across several disciplines.

With the help of two project managers and a lead designer, I was able to translate ideas into features that address the behaviors and motivations of customers. For the purpose of communicating the vision, design principles and content strategy, I developed frameworks and prototypes. Decision-making was driven, ideas were converted and stakeholders were aligned as a result. 

Along with project management, I defined the product. I promoted consumer goals and well-balanced business goals where I also prioritized and recommended features for launch and post-launch. To translate product features for each platform setting, I partnered with two designers and their PM where I eventually executed journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design specs.

I collaborated closely with our developer to create a functioning prototype from our concepts. An efficient technique to resolve the Interaction Design was through face-to-face requirements communication and discussion of limitations and opportunities. Collaboration, continuous testing, and progressive iteration were all practices during our work.

Throughout the course of the project, I created and presented materials to win the support of key stakeholders.
